Creatix Legal is a law firm focused on the legal and regulatory aspects of the creator economy, digital businesses and media.
Creatix Legal exists because the creator economy needed a law firm that speaks its language — online and offline, at the speed creators actually work.
The firm is led by advocates enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and the Punjab & Haryana Bar Council and qualified under the All India Bar Examination, bringing deep knowledge of IP, contract, consumer protection, and digital media law.
The idea of Creatix Legal emerged from observing the rapid growth of the creator ecosystem and the increasing commercialization of content. As individuals began to engage in structured brand collaborations and build independent digital businesses, it became evident that legal consideration around contracts, ownership and regulatory compliance was becoming integral to this space.

Preet is a legal professional with experience in media and entertainment law, intellectual property, and commercial arrangements within the creator and digital ecosystem. His work has involved matters relating to brand collaborations, influencer engagements, content rights, and regulatory compliance.
Yash Garg is a legal professional with experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on contractual arrangements, intellectual property, and regulatory matters relevant to digital businesses and content-driven enterprises. His work has involved engagement with issues relating to commercial contracts, data protection, content rights, and dispute-related considerations.
He has previously worked with established legal chambers, including those of K.K. Venugopal, K.T.S. Tulsi, and Prashant Bhushan, where he was involved in a range of complex legal matters. In addition, he has had exposure to advising on contractual and regulatory issues in association with organisations such as Marico, PepsiCo, BharatPe, Lenskart, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Haldiram Foods International.
His experience includes engagement with contractual structuring, compliance considerations, and dispute-related aspects arising in commercial and media contexts.
He has previously worked with law firms including Economic Laws Practice (ELP), Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, and DSK Legal, and has also worked with Advocate-on-Record Mr. Abhinav Ramakrishna. In addition, he has gained in-house exposure with organisations such as Infosys, DLF, and Bestech, where he was involved in legal and compliance-related functions.
His experience includes engagement with contractual structuring, regulatory frameworks, intellectual property considerations, and dispute-related aspects in commercial contexts.
